    • Currently the face of design within Security Service Ops, Corporate Investment Banking

    • Working closely with MDs and Directors to shape and define product strategy vision and to gain buy-in and funding from sponsors

    • Providing design leadership to five separate pod teams across the application, including PMs, BAs and developers

    • Providing hands-on UX, UI, Research and Service Design expertise
